We understand that buying clothes online can be tricky and we want to make sure that buyers are able to feel confident that they can return items to us without problem. Details of our refund and exchange policy is below.

• All orders are final, LoveBuba does not accept cancellations.
• For returns and exchanges contact us info@lovebuba.com within 14 days of receipt of delivery. 
• All returns must be received by LoveBuba within 30 days of delivery. 
• Returns are subject to conditions, all items must be received in the same condition as sent for a full refund. We are not able to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears for hygiene reasons.
• Customers are responsible for returns including postage costs. We recommend that returns are sent as tracked mail, as any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the sender.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
