Processing times are 3-5 working days from order. With the exception of priority orders which are dispatched within 1-2 days.

Domestic orders

For UK orders we estimate that items will arrive 7-14 working days from order based on our delivery partners time frames.

Priority Mail (Special Delivery) takes up to 1 to 2 business days to process. If your priority order was placed on a Friday after 2 pm, it will be processed on the next working day.

International orders

Depending on location most international orders arrive within a 2 week time frame once dispatched. However delivery can take up to 25 working days.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

Items not received

Once your item is processed we will contact you to let you know that we have posted your order. For UK items, you can expect these to arrive 2-5 working days after this has been posted, Europe 5-10 working days and rest of the world 7-14 working days. Unclaimed mail: If an item is returned to us because it is unclaimed, the buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from any refund owed.
